Welcome to the Technical Support department ITERNOVA. From here you can make inquiries and receive support and assistance.

To ensure personalized support, you must perform the following steps:

  • Log into your account with your email and password.
  • If you do not already have an user account, select New User to register your account. You will receive an email in your email to confirm and activate your account (Note: Check the folder Junk E-Mail if you don't receive any mail in a few minutes.) Once you have confirmed your email, you can access the section of technical support.

Once you have logged into your user account, you can send queries (called tickets) to our technical support department and search for prior consultations or view the status of the open queries. Also, you will receive emails when any of your queries update their status.
